Short version
Page to Image converts webpages to images entirely on your device. Your screenshots and page contents are not uploaded, stored remotely, sold, or shared with anyone.
Captures are processed locally
All capture work — scrolling, stitching image segments, and encoding PNG, JPEG, or WebP files — happens inside your browser using your device’s resources. The extension has no backend servers for capture data.
Nothing is transmitted
Page contents and captured images are never sent to us or to any third party. The only network involved in a capture is the network the page itself already uses.
Preferences are stored locally
Your format, quality, capture mode, and filename preferences are saved in Chrome’s local storage on your device. You can clear them at any time by removing the extension.
No tracking
The extension contains no analytics, no accounts, and no advertising. It does not collect browsing history or any personal data.
Website
This website does not set cookies and does not track visitors. It serves static pages only.
